Chipotle is very active on Twitter usually posting about
three times a day. This particular post is a humorous poll they ran for their
followers to take part in. This post is a success for many reasons particularly
because it gets people engaged with their twitter account. This post also poses
a real life situation, which shows how they are using authenticity. It shows
how they are taking advantage of Twitter’s tools and reaching out to their
consumers. The humorous side of this post and most of Chipotle’s tweets is what
really gets consumers to react to them. Since it shows they have a sense of
humor, people will tend to retweet the post so even more consumers can see it.
